Caroline Justich was the chairperson of the ESR PAG until march 3rd2025, now remains a member of the Patient Advisory Group and is the founder of Be accepted an initiative supported by the ESR for female cancer patients and Radiologists.

The 360-degree composition and approach of Be accepted are unique and underline her general approach in business and life.

Be accepted, launched in 2022, signed a strategic partnership with Siemens Healthineers and received further endorsements to mention a few EUSOBI, the EFRS, the SIRM, the OERG, the PLT, the  HJR, Dense Breast and many many others.

In the 15 years leading up to her cancer diagnosis she focused on special situation deals in real estate, fin-tec, start ups, IPOs, and M&A transactions. Her major role was to define and develop the big picture and strategy and to identify overlooked opportunities.

Prior to that held a leading position in institutional banking at Meinl Bank

She studied Business Psychology in Miami, completed trainings in the areas of communication, optimization, business development, lived and worked 5 years in the United States and in Latin America and is a frequent keynote speaker and business advisor.
